Course Overview

At the end of the course participants should be able to: • Understand the philosophy of NEC
• Develop skills to advise on development of appropriate contract strategies
• Appreciate the use of Contract Data, Works Information and Site Information
• Understand roles and responsibilities of key parties
• Understand the important ECC clauses and processes, in particular early warning, the
programme, Risk Register, communications and compensation events
• Understand how to apply ECC in practice and achieve satisfactory solutions to problems

Course Details

This virtual learning course is highly recommended for all involved in working with the ECC including project managers, contract managers, quantity surveyors, clients, consultants, contractors and their supply chain. This course consists of 7 sessions, each around 15 to 45 mins. There is a short multiple choice test at the end of each session
